Dined here again for second time in two weeks, after not returning since shortly after they opened. Can't figure out why we haven't been back for so long. Food and service was very good, so much so that we'll be returning soon.

We met our son at Praire Grass for a birthday dinner on a Sunday night and it was lovely. We appreciate that the owners of the restaurant installed ultra violet virus killing light into their ventilation system during the pandemic to help keep their customers healthy. So few businesses have bothered to improve their ventilation to protect their customers, and ventilation is critical to reducing the spread of airborne diseases of all kinds. We love to support Prairie Grass! Plus, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very professional, attentive, competent, and kind. Their cocktails are yummy and there is a good variety of choices on the menu. They don't rush their customers through a meal and the staff always is attentive and actually acts like they care whether the diners are enjoying their food. We feel like Prairie Grass is becoming our go to place for dining indoors!

The restaurant produces reliably well-prepared food at moderate prices. The wait staff is always attentive. My only complaint is that many hard surfaces result in a noise level that can make conversation a bit of a challenge when the restaurant is close to full. More drapes might be helpful to mute the noise a bit.

A friend and I had lunch at Prairie Grass which is one of our favorite restaurants. As always the food was inviting, inventive and carefully prepared. The servers and busboys were attentive and we were well cared for. My companion made a mistake with her order forgetting to mention a food allergy. The hostess, cook and server were very accommodating. This is a first rate restaurant.

Service is outstanding, reservation confirmed by phone, warmly greeted and seated, awesome waiter. Loved the cauliflower appetizer. My tilapia w cream spinach & tomato sauce wasn't bad, nor was it great. My husband's pasta looked like it came out of a box, tomato sauce & ground beef - like something we could easily make at home but cost $20. Portions are very big, if that matters. Not a bad food experience but not what I'd hoped.
