I picked up an order from this restaurant.the guy behind the counter took the name(the name of the order) and went inside. I sit down waiting for 10 min after he comes out and answering the phone. I asked him how much time it would take for the order to be ready. He simply told me sat down with his hand ? .I asked again. But he kept looking at me while he was entering inside and slap the door in front of my face. After bringing the order, I told him .that was not professional. He simply answered(i don't want to talk to you).The guy was rude ?. Wearing headphones while working don't want to talk to people. No smile on his face.I don't recommend this restaurant because of the service

I ordered pineapple fried rice with tofu yesterday and absolutely loved it. Service was very nice, I was able to customize my order with no issues at all. Very delicious food with great staff.

Seek out another Thai restaurant. Neither dish that I ordered came as ordered. In addition, the spice level was very off (ordered spicy, came with none) The Pad Thai was downright unappetizing: bland, just noodles, 3 pieces of protein. The little lime wedge on the side did little to redeem the dish. Very disappointed. If this chef would like some constructive comments for the Pad Thai: use more salt, citrus, tamarind, scallions and chilis. Include more than 3-4 pieces of protein and use less oil. Thank you GrubHub for refunding this dish.

Rude person taking our phone order. We asked for our total but he is like "I'm not stealing money " . That's not the point but we just asked a simple question. Plus our order was wrong. The chicken had a strange smell. Not ever going back there again.

I've ordered carryout from Simply Thai countless times since they opened. Today was my worst and last experience. I ordered online. I arrived 15 minutes after opening but they were closed. Employees ignored my knocking for several minutes. When the owner arrived he was put out that I was frustrated with them not being open. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I said to keep my $20 and that is was last of my money he would see. He followed me to my car and grabbed my door when I tried to close it. Shameful example of customer service. I will never go back.Edit after reply -I work less than a mile away. For years, I have placed orders and immediately left to pick up my food. My orders were always ready within a couple of minutes of my arrival. Today, you opened late, your employees ignored my knocking, when they finally came to the door they said they didn't have any orders, and you said it was my mistake. Then, you followed me to my car and grabbed my door to keep me from leaving. You're lucky I did not take defensive action or call the police. You should seek psychiatric help and anyone ordering from you should be on guard to protect themselves.

Ordered carryout here because our son & daughter in law were In from the East coast and love Thai. Despite calling early and requesting a 5:30 pickup I waited almost 30 minutes before our order was ready. Rude counter person was indifferent and offered no explanation for the long delay. Just grunted and shrugged when I asked what the hold up was.From the pot stickers that tasted rancid to the mango shrimp and sesame salad that smelled and tasted like 2-day leftovers we all agreed it was a gross disappointment, to say the least. My Thai food loving family told me it wasn’t at all typical of the authentic food they get back home. I should hope so. To be avoided.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer facing person must change job. Very rude and bad treatment towards delivery drivers, considering the fact that your restaurant is only take out and no dine in. Your business runs because of the order and delivery services like Uber eats, Grub Hub and Doordash, and instead of thanking the drivers I don’t know how staff can afford to treat the drivers so disrespectfully. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to be partners with deliver services, if reported by multiple drivers this restaurant will lose its partnership.

Front counter worker is very rude. I entered to pickup my order showing my phone and he just yelled at me to stay back and not to shove the phone up his face. Very very rude never ever recommended for anyone to come here!Update: after reading the feedback from the restaurant, I just wanna say that you're not only busy restaurant, everyone is busy and working, just because you're busy that doesn't mean you should be rude to the third party drivers or anyone else in general.

I'm surprised to see how a owner can be so rude to customers and he even gave a call to me yelling to remove my comment.Interesting to see how this business is still running with this attitude.Customer feedback is their freedom based on their experience and if you can't take it.
