I come to this establishment 4 times a week for lunch as it is 2 minutes from my place of employment. Normally I have a wonderful experience here.UNFORTUNATELY, after today's experience, I will NEVER reulturn to this location with my business.The current manager on duty on 3/11/24 @ 11:05am is the sole reason for this.- my order was refused "due to the size of the order" and I was forced to reverse my vehicle out of the drive thru lane.- then I get "I wish this m***** would"Again, unfortunately, I am not the one to be threatened, so I confronted the manager in the store to explain her actions and then she proceeded to refuse to give her name or employee # when informed a complaint would be filed.- If ownership of this establishment would like to review and confirm the termination of this employee, I will return my business to this location. - That statement is made with sincerity as I am a manager myself and would in no way excuse this behavior from a management staff member.

Again horrible service. I said before I wouldn't come here again. 10 minutes after placing order woman asks if we placed our order. received our food 22 minutes after placing order. Unacceptable. no one in drive thru... no one in lobby.

I thought my Taco Bell was the worst one around but this one takes the cake. Honestly not sure how it's possible to take so long to assemble the food I ordered. Thanks again for a disappointing experience.
I truly rarely review places, especially Taco Bell, but I'm doing this in hopes the manager or whoever can see this and make note of it - I ordered for drive thru pick up and the older gentleman who was working the window just said "Taco Bell " when we pulled up then when we said we had a Mobil order he said " pull forward " emojis to show the very curt and rude way both were said. Then didn't even look up when telling us to pull around the corner to wait. Just really taken aback by that interaction. Homie must be dealing with something else, but man.

I places an order online prior to me picking it up I get it . it's a hight volume but the service that was given is terrible the lady in a red sweater is getting mad at me sitting at the window when the line is not moving remind you I been sitting for about 30 min now waiting for food for them to come out to tell me there are DoorDash orders I get it but if the driver was not here why not clear out who is here and then focus on the rest I'm a manager at a food place but this is not acceptable even if there was a manager on site there are not managing this place efficiently to move the line will never come here again

good food , beer while waiting(modelo) was skunky, asked for hot with my chips and salsa. got mild which is pretty much tomato sauce . tacos great. but my order was missing my 4 pork tamales . all around dog water i'll just travel to alsip next time for the real real jalisco .

This location has gotten my order incorrect multiple times and fails to include requested sauces. I should not have to double check my order every time I go here.
