We ate on the bar side of the restaurant at a high top. Most times we sit at the bar and eat and drink but this time there were no seats together available. A server came and got our drink order and brought them to us pretty quickly in spite of it being busy. He then took our food order. There are many TVs in the bar area to watch games and this particular night college basketball was playing. We both got beer on draft. I ordered a Mich ultra and I think the beer on draft here is always super cold, clean tasting and satisfying with wings. I normally don't order beers but at BWW I do.Our food order came out in a timely manner also. We ordered a small basket of potato wedges with shredded cheese and 10 traditional chicken wings, half spun in hot sauce and half rubbed with desert heat rub. My fave are the desert heat rubbed wings. I prefer the dry rub over the sauces and the desert heat is about a 6.5 on the spice level of heat IMO. There's a heat that creeps up on you, it's good but not overly spicy. The wings themselves were also hot temp wise and fresh tasting. The wedges with cheese on this visit were piping hot and very cheesy! We have eaten at this BWW location numerous times and I find that the service and food is always consistently good and better than other BWWs I have been to. This time the food was especially good tho. I recommend this place for your wing and beer fix!Kid-friendliness: There's a family friendly side

This location is my friends and I’s absolute favorite, all because of Nandy! Nandy is the kindest, friendliest server I have ever met. She truly cares for all of her customers. After meeting her, she leaves an impact, and makes you want to keep on returning! Which we do!

We came to this location because Tinley park location was under renovation.I made the worst decision ever coming here, I ordered the house sampler it comes with wings and for a moment I thought I got ROCKS instead of wings. When I tried to get the manager attention he ignored me completely, this platter comes with 4 different sauces, I only got 1, the server was so nice and she brought me the rest. I would never go back to this location never again.

I have always liked the food here. Today I placed my order online. It was ready 3 minutes late which I actually like. I would prefer to wait a little and get it hot rather than it being ready when I arrived and not as hot. I ordered 10 boneless wings. 5 with their "HOT" sauce and the other 5 with the Reform Blazin sauce. This is a new one. The wings were not properly tossed in the sauce. It actually appeared that the sauce was just drizzled over the top of the wings and not tossed at all. The 5 wings with the blazin sauce were over cooked, dry and hard while the other 5 wings were cooked perfectly and were tender, juicy and tasty. The blazin sauce is the first sauce I have ever had that was too hot for me. It brought tears to my eyes and I had to wipe some of the sauce off. But if you like it hot this is very tasty sauce. The restaurant was clean and super busy. And a Sunday too. The friendliness of the staff could use some improvement.
