Arrived at 8pm on a Friday evening and they’re closed… lights off, no sign on the door, no consideration for their own customers. They don’t even care enough to update the store hours on google which is unfortunate. Honestly, this is unacceptable. You drive 30 mins each way because you expect them to be open till 10:30 like their hours state. Ever since this location was taken over by a new owner it’s been such a nightmare and shame.

Came at about 9:15pm. 45Min until the store closes. I walked in with my kids and both young girls working looked at each other with a smirk. My Icecream was not made right. It was half melted handed to me. Customers walking in after me and you can see the anger in their faces. It was a horrible experience. I don’t care if the store closes in 5 min. You serve them right. Train your workers to give better customer service. Won’t come back here

What I love about Cold Stone is you get to build your own ice cream and you can add all sorts of extras to your ice cream from chocolate to candy to fruits and nuts. My favorite flavor profile is the Coffee Lovers Ice Cream with Roasted Almonds, Heath Bar and CaramelThis location is amazing not only do they have delicious ice cream delicacies they also have chocolate covered apples and a huge selection of chocolate decadent candy to choose from such as chocolate covered pecan bars, pretzels, and toffee. It's like stepping into the Willie Wonka Chocolate Factory, simply sinful.The only downside to this location is, I did notice that their pricing was a a bit higher then the location I normally go to in Mokena.

The ice cream selection was quite nice and I had an okay time there. I would recommend trying. The owner definitely favors hiring women for tips though, which is a bit weird, seeing as most of the girls seemed young.

The worker that made my strawberry blonde put maybe 3/4 off a strawberry in, then I asked for more, big attitude. Barely mixed anything in. Bad attitude and barely even spoke. Terrible customer service.
