I got a bad service, in afternoon shift, I bought a coffee and they gave just a cup with water with cream and the cup wasn't well close and all the hot water spilled on my clothes so I went back in the morning shift for a solution a they gave me a good service and replaced my coffe. The morning shift its too much better than in the afternoon.

Ordered a $5 refresher on the app, when i went to pick it up they told me my order was not in the system despite my app and bank account reflecting my purchase went through. The employee then told me i was at the wrong location (which i wasnt). At the window the manager then stepped in and continued to argue with me that they never received my order. I again showed her my app confirming the address, order, and successful payment. They refused to honor my purchase and i was met with silence when i asked why the employee lied to me and tried to say i was at the wrong location. This location lost a customer for life over a $5 coffee.

I have never been a “Dunkin” person. Usually I’d prefer to get my coffee literally anywhere else because my past experiences but this Dunkin has completely changed my mind! The coffee is always fresh never old and burnt, they always have whatever donuts you are looking for and the food is always made to order and never cold in the middle.

Horrible customer service! The lady in the drive thru with the bun and glasses maybe Indian origin, NEVER hears when I say add cookies on top of my drink and gets an attitude every time she has to add it. She then tries to ban me from the store as if she could because she’s at fault of hearing my order. I purposely recorded me ordering my drink this time just to see if she had a problem with me. This is worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, go to the other Dunkin in orland this one is wild. Get out of the food industry if you gone have a attitude everyday

Their doors are unlocked and they’ll let you wait at the counter just to give you an attitude and tell you to go through the drive-thru. Lock your front door if you want people to use the drive-thru. Both options were empty. It was noon on a Saturday ?

Went in ordered 2 sandwiches 10 glazed munchkins and small blue raspberry coolatta there was something at the top of the lid and gave the drink back and she said that she will remake it she poured the drink from the one I gave her into another cup and gave it backI asked for grape jelly she gave me 1 for 2 sandwiches and I ask for another and she said that we only give one for each order I asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give me my money backShe also said she was the manager but when the police arrived the manager wasn’t therePolice said they can do that I never heard of that
