I went here with my dad and got some breakfast. It was top-notch, it doesn't disappoint. The staff were nice. Hope to come here again. (By that I meant that I live in the other side of Orland Park.) Definitely the best Dunkin.

I came here around 6:30 AM 4/14 and the 2 workers there had an attitude towards me. I kindly asked for no cheese on my pancake wrap, and her response was “it already comes like that” when in every other Dunkin I’ve been to it usually isn’t a problem to take it off before it gets heated. Then she misunderstood that i wanted a hibiscus tea refresher, and instead put down that i wanted a hot hibiscus tea. So, at the window i asked once again nicely if i could change the hot...

I got a bad service, in afternoon shift, I bought a coffee and they gave just a cup with water with cream and the cup wasn't well close and all the hot water spilled on my clothes so I went back in the morning shift for a solution a they gave me a good service and replaced my coffe. The morning shift its too much better than in the afternoon.
