Great american cookies

Legit stole our money. Tried to put in a cookie order online for a quote price. The order apparently went through for a dos cookie. I called no one picked up. They called me back said he would refund the money and never did.

First time here. We got cookies and ice cream cookie sandwiches. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. We got red velvet cookies with cookies and cream ice cream. They were very good, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and will be back. - Was OPEN as of 07/26/2025.

This place is amazing!!! I came here a while ago with my family and bought a dozen cookies. We loved it. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I’ve been going here since it was named “Nestle Tollhouse”. I would come here as a little girl with my parents begging for a chocolate chip cookie. Let me tell you. The owner is the most kindest man you will ever meet. He always greets me with a smile and asks how I’m doing. I always stop by for the “13 mini chocolate chip cookies”. The cookies are always warm and fresh🍪

There's a reason this spot has earned such high rating. Finding a Great American Cookie around me that is rated above a 3.6 is rare! I ordered a double doozie, and they did not skimp on the icing (the best part, of course). The cookies had the perfect texture—not hard, dry, or crumbly, but wonderfully moist with just the right amount of chew. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be getting more.

I ended up getting three cookies, being the double chocolate, the velvet, and the two strawberry cookies with cream. The latter was extremely sweet, but it was soft and didn't taste too much of strawberry. All the cookies were cooked throughly. They weren't thick cookies, tho if you wanted some. The service was wonderful!

Been my go to cookie spot whenever I’m at the mall. Owner treats me like a brother and is nothing but smiles, definitely recommend the 18 count mini cookies.

great cookies! way better than mrs fields downstairs, way more fresh and yummy! me and my boyfriend always come here during the week after we get lunch downstairs , always a great experience!

This is not Great American Cookies. They taste or look nothing like GAC. When i bought them the charge was under Nestle Tollhouse not GAC. Very disappointing because i was really craving it.
