I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and I never got served. This is despite the fact that they were taking care of other people who were in front of me. I had to go to another McDonald's four miles out of my way just to eat. Thanks Orland Park. I really appreciate not being able to eat.

They have 2 drive-thru lines, unfortunately the speakers are at the very end of lines. The inside lane you have to scream your order from a far because cars are wrapped around so you can't get to the speaker. Poor

Aida is a wonderful GM and her team works super hard to make sure everyone gets what they need. I had a mistake on my order, and it was handled promptly with care. I definitely will be back if I am ever out that way again. She was kind, courteous, and such a pleasure to speak with on the phone.

First off they messed up my order, then would not communicate with me and didn’t answer the window i was at, then prob ended to give me sass and get mad after they messed up my order for the seconed time. Not only that I went through all of that just for the food to be below average. would not
