I always loved Petey's and I'm really sad it is closing , it was a nice restaurant in the area, that was a white table cloth. Everything was really fresh, and they always treated me like family.Good Bye Petey's 2 the community will miss you

Love this reataurant. Atmosphere is nice, service was exceptional as always. We had Debbie again! Their martinis are the best!
My family and I have been dining at Petey's for years. Although the food is good the management needs improvement. This used to be a great place to frequent. On several occasions my husband and I have witnessed John, the manager, drinking alcohol and being belligerent to the staff. The owners need to re-evaluate their choice in managers. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

For someone who doesn't know the history is I do they would probably give a 4 to 5 star rating but I worked there back in the early 80s before the original structure burned down and Sam was the general manager the food was quite different was absolutely great but since Sam has moved on and the structure has been rebuilt after the fire it's just not quite the same as it was back in the day as far as Orland Park is concerned it's been there longer than most any other restaurant in that town and Orland itself has taken quite a nose dive as well I live there for over 40 years before Orland mall was even constructed so I know Orland Park and the surrounding unincorporated areas like Skunk Hollow and the surrounding farmland that we farmed we no longer live there had to get out of Illinois and I'm so glad we did

Service was fine. Food was terrible. Beans were from a can. Roast beef was dry. Place is drab and feels like a restaurant I would go to as a kid in the 1970s. With so many choices in orland and Tinley I don't know why anyone goes here.
Great for a family get together. Great food and service.

Hadn't been here in a long time. S I REMEMBER the food was fantastic, cooked to perfection, waitress was awesome, and best of all well worth the money. We'll definitely be going back soon.

Been going to both Peteys since the early 80’s. Was a great place until recently. Last experience was at Peteys II in Orland Park. These are my thoughts. Gibsons prices at run of the mill quality. It’s shameful what’s happened since Peter retired. Even drinks on the rocks are up charged for ice. Whomever is running Peteys now should find other work. I had the medium butt steak, cook liked ordered but mostly inedible. Service is sort of good but meals do not always come to the table complete. So, problems with service from kitchen, very high pricing & lower quality. It’s a shame.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, close by

We were looking for a local restaurant that was quiet enough to hold table conversation. For this, Petey's was great! Our server was Debbie. She was attentive, but not overly (in a good way!). Sadly, we were shocked that a price on our yes, "MP" sandwich was $35! I'm sorry, but it was a Beef Philly, nothing special or spectacular by any means.Based on this, I'm pretty certain that we will not return.

Petey's in Orland had been a staple of my wife and her family's life. We went there to celebrate my sister-in-law 's 60th . The food quality has gone down and the normal (pre-covid) relish tray and food accessories have diminished or flat out disappeared. The wife and her sister will never set foot in the Orland location but rather go to the Oaklawn location, which still mostly remains similar to the old food quality and service.
