First, the front desk host(male) was rude... Meat was horrible and dripping blood and had a horrible smell!!!! They didn't come around as often with the meat. sitting there just waiting for them to come... salad bar was sub-par.. Overall This was a total waste of my Money!!!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated well. The staff was attentive and prompt and professional. There was not a second my glass was empty or my plate. Alex was amazing!!! He was detailed and made sure we were able to try every meat. Not to mention he cares about what we thought about each dish. He had exceptional detail to every dish and his presentation. His personality made you want to come back and join him again. This was the best steakhouse experience!!!! We will be back and you should go if you haven’t!!!

I cannot give these restaurants any stars. The food smells raw, looks raw, and feels raw. I put one piece in my mouth and spit it out. This is not a true Brazilian restaurant experience. Well, American style like I experienced in downtown Chicago. What does Texas have to do with authentic Brazilian food?I politely expressed my concerns about the food to the manager. He seemed to not believe me after he looked around while I was expressing my grievance while looking at the other guest eating.I find the great reviews odd and the amount of people eating and seemingly to be enjoying the food odd.Well to each their own but trust me the food is very very awful. The salad bar was very limited in options and the options did resemble an idea Brazilian restaurant.The meat, salad and whatever was brought to the table definitely cannot compare to my previous experience at great Brazilian restaurants.Why were fries served?? It seems to be leaning more towards a Texas style that was awfully prepared. The meat was awful. It’s not Brazilian if the meat is awful.I would not recommend that anyone trust these reviews or go to this restaurant.

Our server Adsm was great he was always making sure our drinks were good & if we need anything. Now for the meat servers they were amazing especially They made it fun & comfortable. I would recommend this place & definitely coming back.

Food was absolutely delicious. Our party included someone in a wheelchair and we were placed toward the back of the restaurant, making it difficult for this particular person to access the salad and hot sides bar.

The Filet Mignon and the lamb chops were so delicious, the wait was definitely long but well worth it, the inside of this establishment was really nice and clean, the employees were also nice and friendly coming to my table from time to time , overall experience was great and can’t ask for anything else.
Horrible service didn't even know they brought sides to the table until the wonderful hostess saw we had nothing at our table and got us sides immediately but by that time I was done eating and so was my daughter and son pretty much done as well .... We asked for a scoop of ice cream for our baby waited forever received melted ice cream we asked for a cup of milk never got it we just left after paying the $300 plus bill which was a complete waste wish I could have tasted the bread but never got any desert was good restaurant was not even busy
