Amazing amazing amazing. Did I say it was amazing. Never been disappointed. The staff the food and the fresh made guacamole made right in front of you ? love it all around. You want great flavor in your Spanish food. Stop looking go to Don Javier's

About a month ago a group of us went for dinner on a Friday night. We waited in the bar for a table and had a very delicious and strong Margarita! We were off to a good start! Shortly after we were seated in the main dining room. The ambiance was disappointing... the bright flourescent overhead lights killed the relaxing mood we were wanting for a Friday night dining experience and there was not any soft background music. In my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in Ottawa. The menu is massive, and they do chicken exceptionally well. Service is good and there's actually quite a lot of space (including a bar area). Also, the margaritas actually have alcohol in them!
