What in the world is with “I’m sorry, we don’t do refills here”. I don’t know of any other location that refuses to do refills.

Ordered two daily doubles one daily double was over seasoned with black pepper. like the black pepper machine dumped a pound of black pepper on. And the second daily double was a McChicken did not know when when youasked for two daily doubles they give you one McChicken instead of 2 daily doubles.

Food is not Great here at all. Cold. Breakfasts is the only thing half way decent. Staff is very Friendly though.

Employee stated “If we ruined the whole meal we would replace it”. I must say when you get home 28 minutes later and find the fries missing. The meal is ruined, it makes for an unpleasant customer experience. It so weird to eat a McDonalds burger with out the fries. I asked the employee I spoke with twice to replace the meal and she stated she could only replace the fries because that was their mistake. Again, a very unpleasant experience over all. However I have called corporate and waiting to hear back from Owner Operator of this franchise. I will update as this unfolds.

As i approached the Peotone exit, the siren song of McDonalds drew me in. Yes, 9nce again i woukd feast upon a Vig Mac and 10pc Nuggets courtesy of the byy oje get ome deal in the mickey Dees app. I arrived amd went inside to find a well kept restauranr and attnetive staff. I was greeted...verified that i was a mobille order. My prser came yo shortly thereafter. The Big Mac was quige tasty...definutely the McDonalds standard...ans i ate a few nuggets but saved the bulk of them for the road.I also had the fortune of meeting THE Elf himself... Mr Will Farrell. Clean store hence the two stars. No drink refills per owner. The two employees we interacted with were very rude. Like we were an inconvenience to them for standing at the counter waiting to order. The old lady with the filthy shirt should not be customer facing. Who want's to get their food served to them from an employee with a dirty shirt that you can almost see through. Glad this isn't MY McDonalds.

Got a burger at the drive thru and ate my food in the back parking lot. The older neighbor in the blue two story house next to the McDonald's parking lot started swearing, yelling and acting aggressive towards me for no reason. I was just eating lunch in my car in the parking lot. I notified the McDonald's but they are not at all concerned. I'm sure it's not the first time they've heard about this behavior from their neighbor. I suggested they add to their privacy fence.

Avoid at all costs. Claims they don't do refills anymore due to covid while other McDonald's do it just fine. Franchise owner is a cheapskate.
