This place is very good, but unfortunately, as off 12/11/22 it has placed a sign in the window...."closed temporarily". No explanation. Been trying to order a number of times in past 2 weeks. So they've been closed awhile.

Don't bother to go here. The food is not good.. I came in for dinner. Although the fake pandemic is over and there are several dine in tables, they all have signs saying Take Out only! 10/18/22. I ordered the Chicken in Garlic sauce. There were a few onions and maybe a sliver of bell pepper. Mostly it was juice. No taste of the breath of the dragon. The chicken was chewy. The sauce was more like American brown gravy than the savory and sweet garlic sauce. I wanted a combo meal but that is only for lunch. I threw this food out and made a sandwich. Yeah it was that bad. I will not be going back.

Food was outstanding as always however yesterday even there were extremely long wait times of 1.5 hours for pickups which backed everything up. There were 8-10 people waiting on food.

Very disgusting food won't make it right when talk to the manager he said there was nothing he could do wasn't what I completely ordered totally wrong I give it negative 5 stars Had to give it one star in order to make this post but that's all wrong
My family gets take out here occasand we've always enjoyed the food. A lot of options, and big portions. Could use a better curb appeal, and the inside is pretty outdated. Other than that I recommend it!

Ordered dinner for my family, most of the food was good. But the fried shrimp and fried chicken was not so good. The chicken and shrimp were cooked, but the breading was not cooked and still doughy. Called them back and said they will refund the money as long as we bring the food back. As requested, we brought the food back and the owner stated that, after inspecting the food that it is in fact cooked correctly and they will not refund the money. the owner also stated that the breading is supposed to be that way. I asked her if it is their standard practice to not cook the breading all the way through and she still stated that this is how their food is cooked. I asked her if they were going to refund me or not since this was for my kids and they refuse to eat it and that also I have never had a fried food where the dough is not thoroughly cooked throughout. They then spoke in chinese for a couple minutes and gave me $15 out of their register which is half of what these items cost. Upon my wife calling back they still stood behind their undercooked product and they will not refund any more money under any circumstance. So, long story short. If you order from there and the food is not cooked properly you will not receive a full refund under any circumstance. I will never order from here again!!!! Terrible customer service!

I was told 20 to 25 minutes for my food . I made it there in 10 minutes. I waited the additional 15 minutes. Hoping for fresh hot food . My food was cold . My shrimp toast was burnt along with the fried rice. Call and spoke to the manager. She said sorry and hung up on me . Not even a offer to make it right.Nothing like the one in Mokena.Will never step foot in this store again

Good food . Only negative it needs a little more curb appeal and maintenance. Parking lot hard to navigate and full of potholes.. interior very dated.
