It's a bar with OTB, so what do you expect. The food was surprisingly good. The servers were very friendly. Atmosphere was OK when it wasn't broken up by yelling at off track games.Parking: Limited number of spots. Marked areas nearby for hotel and apartment residents.
The seats are reserved for few customers , some people get same seats every day
