It's a good location IF they get your order right. They get a little irritated when they have to correct their own mistakes, but that's the job isn't it? I'll keep going back simply because it's the location closest to me, but I'll avoid it if I'm going anywhere else with a McDonald's. Best thing they offer is the play place. I know it can be hard working food service, I did it for ten years. If the job isn't for you, find a new one and move on. Whoever owns this store obviously doesn't care about the type of crew running the store. I asked a McDonald's worker covered in tattoos about my order status and she just simply said I don't have it, without looking me in the eye and walked away. I returned 10 minutes later to ask about my order status and she only looked at me and quickly walked away from me. There was another person ahead of me who too was asking about his order and apparently the sketchy crew gave the order to someone in the drive thru. She appeared to be in charge but consistently ignored my presence at the counter. The owners are oblivious and most likely don't care. Avoid this store at all costs.

It took 3 tries to get 2 medium hot cups of mocha. The girl was rude and she 1st gave me 1 large ice mocha then 2 medium ice cold mochas she said that she was sorry but with a cold look and her voice was sarcastic. This McDonald's was in Rantoul on route W. 136. I will never go back

Seemed to be short handed or the manager didn't have people set in all the positions. Waited 10 m for a cup of coffee.
I don't usually do this but I'm SOOO over this McDonald's missing half of our order EVERY TIME! I understand having Mistakes, but it's EVERY time. And also, i would understand if the people were nice or friendly and maybe apologize. Every time we go there is always someone snapping at us or someone with an attitude. So now we have half of our food cold.

When a customer is hungry and they create an online order on McDonald’s app before arriving make sure hours or set as closed during construction so people won’t have to waste their gas to go to a further and different location!!!

There's not really much you could say about McDonald's that's positive. The food is terrible, dried out tasteless hamburgers, skinny fries that get cold in five minutes, and then are only good for rodent food. 50/50 chance your order will be correct. And the prices have become a joke. Only take the grandkids for happy meals and only because it's been a tradition since they were very young.
