My first time I had ordered from these guys. To begin with, I tried to order online and placed the initial item in their payment gateway. I was had trouble ordering one of their salads. So, I decided to go in person to place my future order. I asked for a 5:30 delivery time. At 5:45 the delivery guy game. Not a big deal for being late. However, the pizza he took out of his pizza warmer bag, the pizza was not hot. I live less than 2 miles from this place. In addition, the pizza slices had no flavor, very little ingredients. Sorry Sapino's I will not be ordering from you all again. There are numerous places to order if you have a craving for pizzas in my area. I thought I would give you all a try.

I was at a company party right around the corner, they ordered food but things I couldn't eat. So I snuck out and stopped in here. asked if there was any specials, they had The personal pizza for $5.99. I thought okay whatever I got two toppings and didn't expect much but oh my god. This was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.There's so many things on the menu, you really need a few minutes to look at everything to see what they have. They have all types of signature pizzas that sound marvelous. I pulled in Wednesday night didn't even wait maybe much more than 5 minutes from when I ordered to when it was done...two topping cheese with onions and black olives, paid cash and left. I didn't even make it inside to our function, I had to eat it in the car it was so amazing. There's about three more of these locations in between those one I'm leaving the review for and our house so we're getting another pizza tonight but sorry we're not driving all that way. we're getting one from Evanston. we'll see if it's just as good. If not, we're driving all the way out there to this store for more pizza. Very nice woman at the register and a very hard-working guy in the back. The bathroom was clean, had towels, soap, whatever. most little strip mall places like this don't pay attention to that stuff. I usually take lots of photos of all the carry out or restaurants I visit but this pizza was so good I was not going to pick up my phone and interrupt my eating. next time, next time.this location has a fancy painted up Prius for a delivery vehicle and offers free delivery as well.

I've ordered delivery from this place a few times. I really like that they are open til late and the food is delivered hot. The delivery experience has been good each time. I do find the pizza somewhat salty though.

Well, giving 1 star is not only me as I can see here .That MUST be the ring bell for manager or owner !They should talk to their workers once in a couple weeks at least and try to improve at least service.If not,it's like sinking ship.Owner or manager should think: who do people rating us at 1 star recently.It seems like they don't care .I don't even wanna type anything here ,about the reason why I am super frustrated and upset,coz it won't help.Nobody cares.I already wasted my time twice today.First ,ordering and dealing with their workers, and now trying to get attention of the business owner.But it seems that they don't care.Well,Bad for their business .I won't care then too

I do usually order from this location. Everything was good till now.Its 1:10 am and I was waiting for my chicken club sandwich with NO BACON, GIRGIS who works there forget about my cheese breadstick,and I had to wait for that h another 12 minutes.Waste of the time.People who worked this shift,evening are super lazy and not professional.They don't know the basic ethics about customer service.My suggestion is ,hire proper people or teach them properly.They should treat customers and respect their time. Super disappointed! I am sitting here mad,frustrated and hungry.Ordered another sandwich,and will give back this to delivery driver. People on the phone don't even say sorry,they don't care.It feels like they just need to wait till end of the shift and go home.You guys are doing business and you should take care of the people in your community, especially those ones who are loyal customers and order on a regular basis.

Received a call 20 min later, and they told me it was too far for delivery, I said ok cancel the order. they told me they couldn't cancel an order," your order is ready you can come and pick it up"and hung up.Sarpino's doesn't give me the option to cancel the order online.Unbelievable.Don't order here. Try to order in a different place with more good service.

Just ordered a pizza from this location, and the dough was raw. Not undercooked. Raw, liquid dough under the toppings. Fingers crossed my wife and I don't get sick.
