This place is great. They only offer two main dishes and those change daily. The food is really good, and the cost for a full meal is a suggested $10. The proceeds go to run the place, and help people with food insecurity. So if you don't have the cash, you can pay less. Or volunteer for free meals. It's such a great service to the community.Vegetarian options: There is always a vegetarian option.

Two dishes as Main entrées, neither of which I was familiar with, I chose the seasoned chicken sandwich on hard roll, with your choice of toppings and seasoned mustard. Wow, delicious.! Seasoned pan, fried potatoes, a delicious tossed salad with your choice of dressings and add to die for chocolate cake and frosting. Yum Yum.Definitely going back and recommending

Food was delicious. I Did Not anticipate getting a lecture from the manager I presume, about why they charge $2.00 extra for each dessert, even tho it's bite size. Whoa, I thought that gal was condescending and not very friendly or Christian like. Kindness matters. I left feeling like I might never return, despite the fact the food was very good and fresh. Everyone else working was great, including Server Sarah and the cashiers. So sad that one person can leave such a bad taste in your mouth. ??

I had a wonderful experience here. We went when they had Hawaiian food that day. Everything from the dishes and napkins to the service and food was wonderful. I enjoyed the people that work here! The atmosphere was so welcoming and lovely. I loved the way the tofu was cooked. A donation based restaurant is definitely something beautiful this community needed and I'm so happy that it was busy when we went there. I'll be back because it's really nice to have so many veggie options available to me at all times from here.

I've been going to NEST since it first opened, and the freshness and taste of the food have not been disappointing! Today's meal was a make your own quesadilla with a side option of chips and salsa or rice and beans. Also included a small salad and dessert option between a vegan fruit crumble or a reeses peanut butter cookie. (Pictures below) For drinks they had water and iced Hibiscus Tea.All of the offerings are fresh and prepared in the cafe and are served to you via volunteers! This cafe is pay what you can making it more accessible for the community to have fresh meals. If you can't afford to pay, they simply ask you volunteer in return.I love NEST cafe and its message of community. It's definitely a worthwhile stop :)Kid-friendliness: Includes a kids play kitchen, table and art supplies! Perfect for familiesDietary restrictions: Lots of vegan,gluten-free, veggietarian options (Menu dependent, check before you go)
