Ordered a Swiss and Turkey sandwich received a Turkey wrap was still good but waited a long time just to receive the wrong sandwich will try it again to see if it was just a honest mistake.

Tried the new Wagyu burger today. It was pretty good, I would probably order it again. It doesn't beat 5 Guys on a scale 1-10, I'd give it a 7. Arby's, being in my top five fast food choices I did expect more from the burger but for what it is it's pretty good. Sad to see the negative reviews on here for service and for cold food. Fortunately I have not experienced that as of yet at this location.

Asked to make the beef and cheddar so it looked like the picture on the menu. Cashier was very rude and I got a sandwich that looked like I had run over it with my car.

This restaurant consistently does not fulfill doordash orders and will not provide information as to why they'll cancel the order 20min after it has been placed. They clearly don't care about their customers and don't have the capability of meeting even the lowest expectations for a fast food restaurant. Don't waste your time on this garbage establishment. Your patronage will not be appreciated or even acknowledged. I can tell you that they 100% won't even try to contact you to resolve issues.

For waiting over 10 minutes to receive the food it was not that warm. Only took a few minutes to get home too! Also they forgot the sauces. Need to check before I leave next time.

I visited this location last week. I did order for 7 people food and all of them complained that the food was cold and curky fries were burned. I don't think it is fair to pay and not get what I paid for. Not my favorite location.

Went here for lunch, had a pick up, she told me to come in, I told her I’m on crutches, she brought out the food to me. Whoever you are thank you, made that much easier.

I've visited this location a few times and it's the same every time. The food is cold and the employees are rude. They hand you your food and slam the window without saying a word. On the most recent visit I ordered their boneless Buffalo chicken wings. They were cold, they put way too much Buffalo sauce on them, and don't give you enough ranch dressing to dip them in. The food and service are just bad. I wouldn't recommend that location at all.

Idk who's idea it was to put buffalo wings smothered in buffalo sauce in a card board box . But its never a good idea ! It leaked thru and all over my son.That being said the food and attention from the drive thru employee was great. I just hope someone in charge at Arbys changes the container.

The manager on duty tonight was terrible. We used the “2 Can Dine for $10” coupon which is for 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches, 2 small fries, 2 small drinks and a 6 pc mozzarella stick. We received our food but no mozzarella sticks. When we asked about it the manager shouted across the kitchen that “ it wasn’t on the receipt”. When we explained to her that it was on the coupon, she said it didn’t ring up that way and if we wanted them, we’d have to pay for them. She acted like we were trying to pass some type of counterfeit coupon. We told her we’d like the coupon back and our money back so we could go to a different Aarbys. We also said she could have the food back. She said that she couldn’t take the food back because of Covid, slammed the drive-thru window shut, and walked away without giving us our money back. Unbelievable. We’ll never go back. We did report this all to corporate so hopefully they’ll do something about her.
