Back in the day, this place had the best donuts. Sadly, when I went in the other day the kind lady behind the counter said that their creme puffs and chocolate French donuts have to be ordered ahead of time, they don't make them daily. I got a chocolate longjohn, a powdered donut filled with lemon and a chocolate twist. The chocolate didn't taste right, like a cheap substitute (maybe kareb?) and the lemon was right out of a box with a soapy aftertaste, not homemade. If the chocolate was actual chocolate I'd come back and make an order for creme puffs and chocolate French donuts...but I'll hold out.

No-frills, old-school donut shop. Not much available besides donuts and coffee. The parking lot is kind of a mess. But people seem to love the donuts!
