Thai place can get very busy in volume and I don’t feel like the store staffs the employees up for success . Anytime I come when they are busy , the staff is working so hard they just don’t have enough help . They do a good job though especially the afternoon people

Trying to buy an ice coffee with a gift card waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes and just to have the employee not enter in my gift card# correctly and say sorry it's not working even when I did have more than enough money on the card to pay for the coffee horrible customer service. Just have to say wow ridiculous!!!

This has got to be the worst location in town. Consistently out of in-demand items and will not adjust for demand. Staff are untrained and don't even know their donuts some days. It's absolutely ridiculous. Beyond bad.

Super narrow and winding drive thru. Got the coffee but they didn't put the caramel in it, didn't know until I got home. But it was made quick and the coffee wasn't burned for once so thats something!

Worst Dunkin ever! It's ran by children. Every order I put n this week was wrong. The credit card machine was down so if you didn't have cash you had to wait ! Stuck in the drive- thru. Maybe put up a sign where the drive- thru starts, and not giggle everytime someone couldn't order.

I go to this Dunkin regularly. It's the only coffee shop I've been to where they've told me they ran out of coffee and they're almost always out of some flavor or another. I don't know who the store manager is, but they're doing a terrible job of restocking.

I went two days in a row about 2 weeks ago. I dealt with Jamyra Clay and she was such a pleasure she had a smile and was very attentive/professional . After my mobile order didn't go through and the first person that helped me kind of gave me attitude and was a little annoyed because it was a large order Jamyra stepped in and made sure I got everything I ordered and apologized for the error. That is how all your employees should be. Keep up the good work Jamyra ??.

Absolute dog crap. I ordered a small iced coffee with a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and the wrap was literally a tortilla with one piece of half melted cheese. The coffee was okay but not great. The drive through was also super slow!
