Service was awful. She was slow and then blamed us for our order. The management was very good at accepting responsibility. We left without eating.

I would give a zero if I could. We came in for dinner on a Saturday night. Plenty of open tables. We waited almost 5 minutes to speak to a hostess. She didn't take my name and seemed put out. We waited 20+ minutes and was seated. Our waitress was the hostess which explained why she was never at the hostess desk. We waited an hour for our food, no updates as to why our order was delayed, the servers were glaring at our table and when we asked to go, they said they would get the manager. The manager never came. We ended up going to the bartender who was the only pleasant worker and made us feel a little better for leaving after waiting over an hour for our food with no updates. Terrible service. Terrible communication. And, I don't leave negative reviews. It is not in my nature but this absolutely deserved it.

Went for fish fry. Everything was fine. Portions were right, food was decent, service not bad. Price was a little high compared to other fish Fry's in area that are just as good if not better.

What a disappointment! We have been to Garretts before and had a great experience but not this time. My husband's order sat on the shelf for about 10 minutes and was luke warm when he recieved it. I had ordered the maple glazed salmon with asparagus instead of green beans. My dish came with the green beans instead of the asparagus. Waitress then came out with the asparagus but it was julienned instead of spears and extremely greasy.

I love it the way it is. Hopefully more people don't find out how awesome it is because it's very comfortable, very easy to talk and hear everyone. By far the best burgers around!

Seems like the food quality has deteriorated over the years. The loaded grilled cheese sandwich used to have full layers of cheese, bacon, and asparagus. On my recent visit, the sandwich arrived sans bacon. Sent it back to get it right. Replacement sandwich had a couple of scrawny bacon strips and a couple of asparagus spears. This sandwich used to have at least four pieces of each.

Had one of the worst Meals I’ve ever had ! Had a New York strip, medium rare it was so chewy and tough it almost hurt your jaw to eat it !!!!!! We had 10 people with us and sat there for over 3 1/2 hours. Service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. The manager was horrible. It literally took 30 minutes to get a refill and they weren’t even that busy. We’ll never go back. ‼️
