I applied for a position on the crew, was sent a text to setup my interview and had to schedule it for 2 days out as I was dealing with personal matters the next day. Went all the way out for my interview just for them to look at me confused and tell me the hiring manager "wasn't in for some reason" and when I got back to my car I had just gotten an email saying "sorry positions been filled." Didn't even have the decency to contact me after telling me the position was filled to cancel my interview. Called the store to speak to the hiring manager when he was in and he was extremely dismissive and rude, told me I should have just "scheduled the very next day and maybe I could have gotten it." Refused to even give me a free sandwich or anything for the inconvenience of driving all the way there for nothing. Horrible management real scummy people there.

horrible energy past 6pm. tonight on January 18th, the three individuals working were absolutely horrible. the man working interrupted me while i was trying to give my order, telling me "you'll add the cold stuff over here so don’t tell me here where you’re ordering" and while i was waiting to add the cold toppings, i mentioned getting my sandwiches mikes way with a few things added. there was a shorter brunette girl that was swearing and loudly asked "what the f--k does MW mean?" as if she hasn't been taught the basic job terminology, and quite literally threw my sandwiches into the bag before i could even add the things i wanted on my sandwiches at the topping counter. i never feel comfortable ordering when I'm in here, the staff is always acting rude and combative when all I'm trying to get is dinner for my family. disgusting lack of customer service every time.
