I ordered through Uber eats. The lasagna was really good. They ran out of tiramisu. But the manager was cool enough to replace that. Really good food definitely will order again. 10/10 food and customer

Myself and everyone who ordered on Valentine’s Day had a pretty miserable experience. Waited over 2 hours for a pizza I had purchased online. I received no indication that the store was severely backed up until I showed up to see a crowd of people in the tiny front waiting area. No manager in sight and no apology for the wait time.

Ordered the lou special deep dish sausage took it home and found out that the sausage is the whole top. Descriptions are vague in the online order menu and another thing is where is the cheese???? I'm from Chicago and never had a deep dish with so little cheese. $42.00 down the toilet. I'll go back to girodonos at least a little more cheese!!!!

First time ordering and will be my last. Service was nice and brought right out to the car when checked in, but this was the worst disappointing $40 I’ve ever spent. Pools of Grease at the top and tasted weird, rest of the family couldn’t even eat it.

Pizza was done Wrong horrible put together big pieces of sausage not a thin layer like the original recipe. I been to most of the older original retail restaurants in the Chicago land area. They would be ashamed at how bad this product is. I will never go back!!! It's now one of the worst pizzas I ever had. Hard to believe they use the same ingredients and can put it together so badly

Ordered a large deep dish, sausage,onion and mushrooms. Wasn't worth the $42, it had no flavor or seasonings. We had to drain off the excess liquid. Will never order from here again.
I want to give a big shout out to Lou Malnati's Rockford for going above and beyond with customer service. They made a couple of delivery mishaps right. Alex the manager showed up in person at my house with a complimentary pizza and sodas.

I have gotten many pizzas from here and it’s about 75/25 good/not so good. The last 5 or 6 times they didn’t follow my requests for toppings and the new app is horrible. They also stopped taking cash on delivery, which I can understand why but not everyone wants to use their card when ordering. I do find myself ordering less and less. Pizza is still good just not great like it used to be. And I do not care for they many changes they have made with their app.
