I ordered at 5:16 pm Dec 26. 2023 and usually I get my food within 20 mins of ordering. By 6:00 this time my order hadn’t even been updated to being made so I called around 6:15 and no one answered. The order details did say 85-95 mins until I got my food. After I called and got no answer it updated that it was being made and within 10 mins it was out for delivery. Although my food was late by about 7 mins and it took 1 hr and 45 mins to get my food it came super hot and the driver was super apologetic. I asked if they were short staffed and he said yes he was the only delivery driver and some staff called in. My point to all of this was even though I waited quite a bit for my food and was freaking out because no one answered the phone, my food came correct, hot and very good. So I will give a very good review because they could have given me poor service, poor quality and poor attitude but they did the opposite. Which tells me the staff is working their tails off making sure I had a great meal. It can be easy to give bad reviews when things like this happens but everything told me they were short staffed and I just had this gut feeling because it was the day after Christmas. So I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for everything because those employees are working their hardest this day!

That middle aged guy making the pizzas knows what he's doing last few times I got a carryout from him was the best pizza hut I've ever had he knows what he's doing and deserves a raise.

pizza is always great but when i walked in with my daughter there was trash all over the floor (receipts, pepsi bottles, sauce packs) i picked some up and there was no trash can to put them in and the bathroom was locked so i set them on the counter and no one threw it away the entire 15 minutes i waited for my pizza. idk just grossed me out

It's a pizza hut. Rarely do I receive the extra ingredients I order. Extra cheese? Maybe! Extra sausage? Hardly ever. I've gotten more sausage on the pizza when I didn't order extra sausage. And, it's not just this location. So, it seems the problem is systemic within pizza hut. I will say that 9 times out of 10 the workers have been nice and professional.
It good. I recommend the small pizza. Its comes with a small square box. Its like flying here.

I like the fact they have a drive thru. But I ordered 2 Large pizza, asked for hot peppers and she gives me 3. LOL come on, can you give me 1 extra? That 3 pieces you give me is good for 2 slices. Sheesh!
