Horrible super disappointed. My hubby had never ate at a sonic so when we came down to Rockford we stopped by. Burgers were cold and literally looked like last nights leftovers. No napkins. And when I asked for a refund the supposedly manager named quote CAT at 10:35 am got mad cuz I opened her drive through window to ask about my cold food. Her customer service skills were HORRIBLE. Yelling at me and such . I will never go here again and I also contacted Sonic Corporate over this since we had a dash camera in our car and recorded her whole outburst on us. Wow never again.

Never again my husband and I went here and we r from Madison and he had never went to a sonic. 10:35 am and the burgers looked like they were froM last nite. Ice cold. No napkins. Went to the window and opened It up and the supposed manager CAt freaked Out on us. Never again . We contacted the Sonic Corporation and we will be filing a lawsuit over this over racial discrimination. Not acceptable

Very unprofessional they had a lady about 78 years old working there and sweeping up cigarette butts. She bent over and had a bad back.

1st time here in quite a long time. The general appearance outside is not good. Gates to their dumpsters left open and the area inside there was disgusting. The parking lot/drive thru was stained terribly. You know it had to be bad to even be noticed. The green area around the facility was not maintained. Weeds and trash every where. The pick up window was so dirty with grease smudges and dirt that I could not see inside. I seen most of this after I picked up my food order. I then just left my food in the bag and went elsewhere for lunch.Now as I read thru the other reviews, my review seems very consistent with several others. That said, the management/owner are obviously not listening and only making excuses.I will not be back and if I see that they close the doors there, I will understand and not be disappointed.And based on the automated reply to all the negative reviews, my guess is that they have no plans to make any changes/ improvements to the facility.

Everything was cold except for the Philly steak. It tasted like I was drink a bucket full of oil with a little meat in it. The burger patties were very thin and cold as well. I will never go back there again. I purchased me a second meal just to be disappointed even more.

Horrible experience! The food was frozen call, we literally had to throw away everything. They do not have enough personnel so I think that is one of the problems. I don't plan in returning any time soon

This place is nasty and unsanitary. Don't they have inspections done at this place. The pics of this fifthly place on FB is a shame!!!!
They got our order wrong and the slushy wasn't mixed ... at all. Service was really slow. Good price, though.

Went to get the advertising item of Banana Pudding shake for my Birthday treat the Sonic in Loves Park. Was out of all ingredients since I traveled from Janesville, WI I then called the sonic in Cherry Valley they had the ingredients so I rushed there to try there shake It was Super Delicious. Great Staff at both locations and great Onion rings too.

Idk man. The burger was great but everything else was meh. Oversalted fries, out of bananas for the banana shake, crispy chicken out so a friend had to settle for grilled instead. The trash was overflowing and landscaping wasn’t nice (looked bad and has garbage from patrons of the restaurant scattered around). The strangest part of this establishment was the outdoor “patio”. Not only was there a can of ant spray laying around on a table, but there was this weird HUGE weed growing out of what was supposed to be a trash can. I won’t be back.
