This place used to be so good at its old location. I just had a pizza from here and they really need to change where they get their ingredients from. Only thing that was alright was the crust.
Its hard to find a good zigurney schnitzel here in the states.
1st time we been here.

I order from here on Doordash all the time and I always receive the best food! My favorite two things are the truffle ice cream thing, and I also get a custom pizza. Always incredible! One day I'd like to make it out to try them in person. The people on the phone have been helpful so far

I ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza when it got to my house. It was pepperoni and bacon. The manager refused to solve the issue he wouldn’t give me a refund. Take the pizza that was wrong back or simply just remake me the right pizza. He then refused to give me his name or let me speak to somebody above him and even though they were the ones that messed up, he told me there’s nothing he can do for me if I want help I need to call back after 10 PM when I ordered the pizza at 4 PM This is absolutely ridiculous and not how you run a business. If you messed up you need to fix it and shame on that Manager for treating me and speaking to me the way he did. I also work in Food service and I am also a manager and I wouldn’t even think about treating one of my customers the way I was treated he should not be a manager. Also the girl who took my order was rude and I felt I was being rushed horrible service never experienced anything like this especially from a place I go to regularly definitely will not be coming back.

Villa Di Roma USED to be amazing and guaranteed to have the same quality ingredients every visit until they decided to have new owners or management a few years ago!! Over the past years I've given them chances but every time I order from here there's a dissatisfaction. They changed the cheese they use. Pizza used to be stringy and melt as u pull it apart now it's just layer of baked cheese. My pizza is always burnt or not thoroughly cooked where the crust is still doughy!! They over season it with Italian seasoning on top to where you can sweep it off. NOW THEY'VE GOTTEN CHEAPER! My pizza crust was so thin, they could've just made the crust apart of the pizza.. there was no thickness to the outer crust. I DID NOT EXPECT A THIN CRUST PIZZA. The crust was as thin as the layer of cheese as I can tell from the bite I took.. My garlic bread was burnt and as crispy as a crouton. I used to love this place for the authenticity of an Italian pizza but they ruined their recipe..
This is my go to place but the last 3 times have been disappointing and this last time has done it. I spent around $50 for 2 xl pizzas. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant. She said it would take about an hour but it was closer to 2. By this time we are starving! The pizza is warm and tastes stale. It tastes like it sat in a stainless steel pan and the crust is hard. No one enjoyed it and we’ll probably end up going to spend more money. I grew up on villa di Roma but it’s just not the same. I won’t be supporting anymore. I should’ve just done Pizza Hut.

I'll start off by saying that this is not meant to bash a business - just had a poor experience and would like to see them do better in future. We called on a Tuesday at midnight, ordered 2 medium pizzas, she told us they'd be ready in 20-30 mins. We arrive to pickup 35 mins later. Front door is locked with sign to go through drive-thru where theres one car already waiting. We get in line behind him. 10 mins later, the car in front of us has still not received their food, no one has moved. I called the restaurant just to say "hey, we're in line, is our pizza ready so we can just pay and go while car ahead is waiting?" But she put me on hold immediately. After 12 mins on hold, I finally hung up. I got out of the car to see if I could reach someone inside, but decide to give them a few more minutes when I see drive thru girl pop her head out to apologize to car in front of us for wait. A full 35 minutes of waiting in the drive thru behind one car, they finally got their food and left. We pull up, give her our name, pay the full amount, she hands us the pizzas after no wait, and says "I'm sorry for the wait, we just got super busy, tickets won't stop coming in." It was 1:15 am at this time. The pizzas had been sitting under heat from being done some time ago and were lukewarm at that point. So here's the thing: I totally understand being swamped unexpectedly. But common sense in future: If you know one car is going to be another half hour before their food is ready, tell them to park off to the side. Take the next person in line whose pizza is likely getting cold waiting. Or maybe, if you keep a customer waiting 35 mins in your drive thru for ultimately no reason, maybe offer a few bucks off their pizza or a garlic bread for next time as apology. Anyway. Cheese was good, crust was ok, sauce too sweet for my taste but if you like sweet sauce, could be for you. The mediums are cut in square instead of pie which I thought was odd so just an fyi.
My large stuffed was way smaller than in the past and barely had any cheese on it . Then I see they charge .75¢ to use a debit card and I wasn't informed of this charge . Gonna shop for a new pizza joint

Villa Di Roma is a hidden gem that combines exquisite Italian cuisine with warm, attentive service. Our dining experience was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the delightful atmosphere and, notably, our waitress Jen.
From the moment we were seated, Jen's professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. She guided us through the menu with expert recommendations, making us feel both valued and at home.
But what truly set our visit apart was the exceptional service we received after we left the restaurant. We accidentally left a personal item behind, and upon realizing this, we called the restaurant. Jen went above and beyond to locate our item and secure it safely until we could return to retrieve it. Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated and left a lasting impression on us.
Villa Di Roma, with its delicious food and remarkable staff, especially Jen, is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a superb Italian dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

The owner is downright rude, condescending, and clearly cares more about money than anything else. Never again.
