Got a few great things from this bakery located next to The Norwegian, a place to stop after breakfast or at lunch. It's a pretty new bakery, and hasn't gotten quite the attention it should. Wonderland Sweets has quite a variety. More traditional offerings like cupcakes and the like. There's also dairy free options. A thing to know before going is it shares the building with another business. It's a decor company called Rooted. There's lots of handcrafted stuff like paintings and that kind of thing. As for the bakery, the stuff there is also handcrafted. There's cookies, cupcakes, lots of stuff. It's about $4 for a cupcake. There's a few vegan flavors including the Cookies And Cream one. Cupcakes can come topped with whole berries. There's also macarons. Has lots of freshly baked goods. It's great for going to after eating next door, for dessert or just as a snack. There's a few items that are okay for vegans.

This is right next door to the newer restaurant The Norwegian. Delicious Cupcakes and Crème Puffs. A well stocked shop of unique gifts. Addresses your basic needs list as well right down to socks. The service was a great as well. Thank you.

Ordered the 4 cupcakes for $12. (Sale). Oh my gosh. They were so good, I'm getting the mini decorated cake(s) for a birthday. Who knew?

This place has some of the best desserts and treats that I have ever tasted! The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had anywhere! Their cream puffs are so gorgeous and delicious! Every single thing they make is a treat for the eye and the stomach!

The store is cute but over priced heavily, I go past here all the time, decided to drop in with my daughter.. there was these little cakes in the cooler by the cash, she really wanted one. It was 9 bucks, it was beautifully decorated but tasted awful.. ended up tossing it out...it Wasn't sweet at all, just bland. I bought myself a large cookie, I'm not a picky person but I didn't like it, I think I paid 3 bucks for it ..its really not worth it. Everything looks good but lacks in flavor. I'm not sure the people leaving reviews have any taste buds. Or maybe we just picked out the worst items.
This is hands down my favorite bakery in Rockford. Their desserts are delicious. The raspberry vanilla almond cupcake is my favorite.

We wanted to keep things simple for our wedding and last minute thought it would be a good idea to do cakes as our centerpieces. We wanted plain cakes, but needed 28 of them....mind you, I'm calling places about 3 weeks before the "big day."I worked with Ashley and she was AMAZING! She took my order on a weekend while I was out of town and had the invoice sent over immediately so we can pay and save our spot.Day of the wedding we went and picked up all 28 cakes (she offers delivery, but why not give the boy something to do), helped us load appropriately and the best part is our guests LOVED the idea!It's safe to say that the cakes were being eaten before the dinner arrived at the table.Thank you for all of your DELICIOUS cakes!!
