Very good custard, the cashier knew her menu and was able to recommend me something delicious and tell me how they do it there without having to read the semi long paper explaining everything.

Julie Ann's is a top notch ice cream parlor/DQ/Oberweiss-style place. When I use all of those ways to describe it, I mean it! You enter to their busy counter and ordering area with a small seating area in front of their large glass front. This first experience is a bit overwhelming and it would be great for them to pursue a new setup. However, I don't really know how they'd renovate to make that happen. My boyfriend and I stopped by over the summer, and were pleasantly surprised! This is a great spot for any foodies out there, and anyone that loves quaint ice cream shops with great service. I ordered a banana split sundae in a cup (see photo) and my boyfriend ordered a shake. He wasn't as thrilled as I was, but we agreed we will definitely be back in the future.
