I have never been a big fan of subway but was running behind, and i decided to stop in omg i am so glad i did because it has improved so much, and the worker who was making my sandwich was very helpful. workers seemed very invested in their jobs . They greeted me with a very kind smile, and they even asked me if i wanted anything else on my sandwich and kept asking if the amount they were putting on was good for me. 10/10 recommend

Under new management. They now except coupons have an older person on both shift (mind ya a little broken English but hey it's America and he was very nice. If you haven't been there in a while give them another try! Only thing they decor needs an update.Wheelchair accessibility: Like that!

Good food, bad service. Every other subway that rejects coupons has signage letting you know. They don't, and they got mad when I tried to use the coupon I had been holding in my hand the whole time.I walked out and went to the South Beloit subway. They limit coupons but they're up front about it with clear signage on the door and at the counter. Maybe someday this location can step up to everyone else's level

They stopped taking coupons two weeks ago and want you to pay $12 for $6 sandwich. First and last time into this Subway. Walked out and left before we would have bought three subs and two pizzas.

We always go to the Beloit Subway because this one way does not take coupons, since we're on a fixed income

one of the workers was wearing a mask pulled it down to talk to us then proceeded to attempt to touch our food after touching her mask... gross.. this needs to be addressed extremly unsanitary... I asked her to change her gloves before touching our food, she did but proceeded to prepare our food with an attitude. No apology was given from either employee working. Somebody needs to address this.

Came in with my daughter. Employee was complaining about having to work till 4. It was 3:43. Female employee was making sandwhiches, made a comment apologizing for the wait however we weren’t greeted and then he proceeded to go in back and start cursing and throwing things around in front of my 9 year old. Extremely awkward experience.
