It was Sunday morning at 10:30 that I visited this place. There is only one employee and the place was half packed. The employee was nice enough to ask me if I needed my cream with or without sugar. She had an all another order in front of me for four people food etc. however since my order was just one cup of coffee she just delivered it to me within like 20 seconds and then she took her time to deliver good food for other people. Placed a large order the day prior. This location had everything packed and ready to go when we walked in to pick it up. They even offered us a free iced coffee and helped carry the food and drinks to the car. I highly recommend this location.

The help is always smiling, the donuts are always fresh, and the coffee is always hot. My "go to" coffee place. Close proximity to O'Hare and office buildings ensures quick product turnover. No drive thru, but there is ample parking. Near Higgins and Devon.
