Service, there is none. Food was not that great for breakfast buffet that charges $24.99, with tax, $27, then to point to the tip line when giving the receipt to sign. Tip for….. no service. Smh. Bland tasting food, no juice, water dispenser was almost empty. Very disappointing. Not the Hyatt standard I’m used to.

For $19.99 for the breakfast buffet, I expected more. The food was extremely bland and very few options. I paid $5 more for an omelet that was overcooked and dry. I also grabbed a yogurt parfait and some snacks for lunch. The parfait was spoiled, I took it back to show it to them and the attendant said it's just how greek yogurt was. I know what Greek yogurt tastes like and this parfait was spoiled. Refused to give me a refund, but strongly suggested that I pick another one or something else, in which i declined because I was served spoiled food and offered another one from the same batch

Food is ok but way overpriced, especially after you're overpaying to stay at the hotel. Should definitely offer a discount to people staying at hotel. Breakfast buffet is $20 per person. Lunch isn't any better. $18 for a burger and fries. No

Super kind and helpful staff, the food was great, and it’s beautiful in there.I ordered the double patty melt, it was tasty and huge, and my partner ordered the chicken panini which was really good too!

VERY chaotic and seems disorganized. Buffet only, serve yourself drinks and food. Runny scrambled eggs, greasy bacon. Food is very so-so. Hotel has VERY limited choices of where to eat.
Beautiful place with really awesome service, Raymundo and Jose went out of their way to make us feel at homeThe food it’s okay, but the service is out of this world?

Price isn't bad for the buffet considering the other options in the connected buildings. The food was very fresh! Salad was delicious but the "fajita chicken" was dry as hell :(Seasoning was weak too, but I suppose that's unavoidable with a buffet.Overall, solid 3.5/5. Would eat here again for the salad bar at least lol
Vegetarian options: Full salad bar
Wheelchair accessibility: There's elevators to the 2nd floor where the restaurant is.
Dietary restrictions: Food is all labeled with dietary ingredient stuff

This is a buffet lunch option located within the hotel, and I ate here over multiple days since there are not a lot of options in the area. The food varied day to day and there are a lot of options including main entrees, salad bar, soups, and desserts. It is reasonably priced for a buffet and the service is great with very attentive staff.
Good staff
I was able to eat here twice during our recent convention, the first morning of the con, and the day I was leaving for home. It opens promptly at 6 AM CST, and since I wanted to eat before the rest of con attendees, I shrugged off my West Coast time difference lag and got down there. As mentioned by other reviewers previously, there is an omelet-made-to-order station that was really good, as well as serve-yourself scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes (country fries the first visit, shredded hash browns on the last), corned beef hash, grits, pancakes, plus fruit, pastries, bread, and orange juice. All were very tasty and hot. Price-wise, it was about in-line with what I've paid elsewhere for a hotel breakfast buffet, so no complaint there. I will say that the older I get, the less food I'm able to eat to make it worth the price paid, so I declined to eat there every morning of the con. Since our convention will be held at this hotel in the planned future, I undoubtedly will be back. I did notice that during the con it was open for what appeared to be a lunch buffet, but I never had the time to try it.
