I ordered two breakfast burritos one steak one potato and a California crunch wrap ? the steak was good the potato was dry and no flavor flat hardly no potatoes and the wrap same thing no flavor.

This taco bell never fails to get my order wrong. Everytime. What's worse is since we frequent conventions in the Rosemont con center we get our orders delivered so there's no way to check if our orders missing things until it arrives. But every single time something is missing. Is reading an order with no added instructions really that difficult?

This was by far the most pleasant taco bell experience I've ever had customer service was good the food quality was amazing all the employees were Hispanic which I feel like they knewhow to make my order to perfection the food was made so well it actually looked like in the menu I highly recommend this taco bell ?

Ordered food earlier tonight a steak grilled cheese burrito and a dortitos Loco taco and a beefy taco Supreme from the kiosk and somehow took over 10 minutes just for the person to see my order after I told them my name and took a few more to give me my food and cup for drink it's ridiculous that it would take that long to make food and give me my food considering other people were waiting awhile for their food too but food was good anyway the customer service was horrendous

The associates working the register and those preparing the food are great! Fast service and people with very positive attitude can be found here. I can't believe I'm saying this, but good fresh food at this Taco Bell in Rosemont, IL. When you are hungry after a long flight and you are in a hurry and can't have gluten, Taco Bell works just fine. LOL.

This is a great Taco Bell.They've been renovated with the touch screens, they make the food fast, and they're participating in the taco tuesday promotion running through September 5th.You will need to ask for the taco or navigate to the tacos section on the touch screen and add it to your order.Mistakes are rare and have always been corrected to my satisfaction.Vegetarian options: The touch screen has a button to see only vegetarian menu items and several popular items have a black bean variant.
The drive thru personnel are always talking & laughing with each other. God forbid pay attention to me, it’s like I wait for them to stop. Also, yesterday the guy said, “maybe get Senior Citizens discount” because I asked for extra mild sauce. He laughed...I cried! I’m 60.
