We were introduced to this small gem a year ago and has become one of our favorite places. We've only enjoyed their buffet but really, really love it. Their crab Rangoon is great, and their food is always fresh on the buffet.
It is a small place and a bit dated but we've never had a bad meal there. This is my mom's favorite restaurant.

The food is real solid here in my experience, and if you go before 3pm for a lunch combo the price is amazing for what you get. Pictured is the hot and spicy chicken lunch w/ chicken fried rice, and a small chicken rice soup. I want to try the buffet sometime, it always smells so tasty when I walk in for pickup!
