Waitresses we're amazing! After ordering it seemed like it took forever, come to find out their cook didn't show so the manager had to fill in. Then the waitress came out to say they had run out of French fries at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. My friend ordered her usual breakfast which she was satisfied with. I ordered a new chicken dinner with a spicy sauce that was tasty hot but too much was used. I haven't been there in years so I will give it one more try. I tipped 5 bucks on...read full review

I’ve been to this Bob Evans before and the food was good. This time the food took a very long time to get and when I receive my food, I got scrambled eggs when it should’ve been over easy and everything seemed like it was under a heat lamp, not fresh. They could do better.

You can kind of tell the host was new. That's the excuse I'm giving. He may also just be shy, but someone needs to teach him proper customer service. He'll improve, I'm sure. Be patient with him. One thing someone has to teach him is you don't rush too far ahead of the customer and just toss the menus on the table and keep walking. That's just plain rude.
