Placed an order online. Was not ready when I was told it was (not a long wait after and they were busy) my problem was I was missing sauces that I paid for, got a bag of sauces (and my mistake for not checking them) but had to go back because there was still sauces and veggies missing. And the wings are barely even coated with the sauce you pick. Just really disappointed

The girl running the pick up counter, had problems with finding my order. Another girl with curly hair and plaid shirt, saying what's all deese people standing here for..... When I got back to my car, my large fry and queso wasn't in the bag. Went back into the BWW, waited another 3mins before she saw me. Let her know we were missing fry and queso. She came back and said they forgot to put it in the bag....looked like it been sitting there. $38 plus a $5 tip. I'll take my business elsewhere.

First the server came and told us our food would take longer because our order was dropped at another table by accident. 20 minutes later we finally received our order, onion rings were cold and you could tell they had been sitting and half of the wings weren't even hot. The server never came back to refill drinks or check on us. Once I finally requested a manager whom never showed up, our server finally decided to come as if we were ready to leave. We hadn't even received our check yet. She was lucky she got a tip at all. Poor service poor food quality
Managers won’t leave female patrons alone. Constantly approaching our group to report the waitresses comments on our atire. Very uncomfortable setting on top of cold food and bad service.

01-16-24: food missing in online order.Why is it every time we go here it gets worse? The people that work here always seem to be nice and have a smile but what good is a smile if we order food for 6 or 7 people and pick it up and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have to drive back 15 minutes to pick up food they forgot? We work shift work and have limited options at night and always seem to try to keep coming here just hoping it will be right this time...once again they prove us wrong. Only when we ask them to physically open every order in front of us to confirm everything is there is it right....that seriously isn't feasible most times and honestly should be completely unnecessary for us to do as it should be right when it's handed to us. I'm sure we'll be going back because honestly when you only have 5 or 6 places to go in the late evening you take that risk for something new, but COME ON BWW, prove this review wrong and get your people to make sure people get the food they pay good money for the first time.Went down to 4-star review: Why are you not doing amazing anymore? Our orders have been messed up the last few times and we've even shown up and our food wasn't started after 30 minutes. Probably worthy of 3-stars now but you're getting the benefit of the doubt you'll make it better soon!Original 5-star review: We ordered 7 order the other night and Mark gave us 25 sets of silverware. most people would complain but it was probably the nicest thing anyone has ever done. I've used so many forks.
