Service wasn't that good. Ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Bacon wash clearly on the ticket. Went to counter to address. The cook wasn't happy about fixing the issue. This is the 3rd time this happened. Last time got home and didn't address the issue. I'm editing this review because I went to the contact Culver's web site and you cannot navigate this site. So when they ask you to further discuss the issue it's a dead end.

Out running errands and stopped for lunch. I ordered the walleye fish sandwich with fries and a drink; my wife had the veggie burger and a drink. Her burger was thick, had all the toppings, and was good. My sandwich was large, hot right out of the fryer, and the fries were also hot and crisp. It, too, was good, though it could have used a bit more tartar sauce. I didn't know they also have a fried cod sandwich; next time I'll order that as I prefer cod to walleye. Both fish sandwiches are for a limited time, I assume added to the menu for Lent. The counter staff were nice, and I went back for a vanilla ice cream cone which was excellent.

Hadn't had a bad Culver's experience until now, which says more about how consistent Culver's is than how bad this particular location is. The food here is unlike any other Culver's and I assume it is always just a bit off. I don't suspect I just went on an unlucky night. I got a classic kids meal, burger and fries. The sandwich did not have the usual butterburger taste and was incredibly salty. The fries were even worse, they were way too salty and no amount of water would allow me to choke them down. To bring it all home, I did order a scoop of custard and they totally botched the topping and custard combo I ordered which I'm not too critical of because that is bound to happen over the course of hundreds of orders day in and day out but it was still a very fitting end to my experience.

The butter burgers taste great. The crinkle fries are perfectly crisp. The chili has a robust flavor and texture.I recommend this restaurant.
The food was very good. I recommend the pork tenderloin it was very good. They have really good fries and the Snicker concrete was really good and got excellent

My experience this place is gross. They do not sanitize the bathrooms what so ever just a quick wipe down with a paper towel and call it good. They use the same rag to wipe off the trash cans and counter tops to wipe off the trays your food is served on for dine in, regardless if they are in a bucket of water and chemicals it is still unsanitary.

The guy working the drive through acted as if we offended him by showing up! The wait was super long and when they finally gave us our food they gave us the wrong condiments, and no napkins at all...!! No thank you or greeting when they came to the window...if they were trying to disappoint they hit the mark!

Culver's food is usually going to be up to a certain standard. It was no different here. The service, though, was substandard. I ordered inside. I has to tell the cashier the order multiple times as I watched her enter the order wrong in real time. It took longer than it should for a Culver's order. Then one of the workers came from break and smelled strongly on weed.
