Despite the naysayers reviews, I tried them twice at this location on North Grand. I can swear to you the quality has been perfect on both visits. The second visit I was given long johns instead of the creme filled as requested but still all was super fresh and tasty!Update: The owner replied to my post within an hour of it being posted! Excellent work Sir! I did stop by and explained the issue on my prior visit on Monday and was given fresh donuts by an extremely nice and helpful employee. I have added the missing star to this review and cannot reccomend Melo-cream highly enough.

Came through the drive thru this morning just wanted a chocolate long John use to get them from the mel o cream off 9th Street way back in the day lady said they didn't have chocolate long johns I said what about a white one she went and looked and said they had a chocolate one with sprinkles said that's fine let me get it still the best donuts in town tryin a different location next time tho

I love this location! It's a family tradition and has so much nostalgia for us when we visit. Staff is amazing, kind, and fast!! We come and get big orders for work events or sometimes just a quick morning donut/coffee.

So I am from out of town, and I need to get some donuts for customers. Sure there’s Dunkin’ Donuts, but the Google showed this place and I wanted to check it out.The donuts were big, and the icing was perfect, which is hard to do.The next time I come through town, I will get all my donuts from here. And since I buy them for customers by the half dozen, I should be getting quite a few.
Great donuts, most of the time. Perpetually inconsistent at both hours of operation and product. If you like being disappointed bc they're out of your favorite donut at 9 am this is your place. I'm not quite sure who is in charge of inventory at ALL their locations but they are not good at their job. Apparently the owners approve of not maximizing their profit. So much potential but once again they fail at the simple things, inventory control.

From reading the reviews I was expecting amazing donuts. What we got were bland, hard tasteless expensive donuts. We will definitely NOT be back.
