Very nice. We made reservations online and were seated right away. Waitress was nice and knowledgeable about dishes. Gave is great recommendations. Our date night was a success. The only downside was it was around happy hour time and it was loud but we would definitely come back again

I've finally been able to return to Springfield, Il for work and I finally got the change to dine at Nu-Voh. The food and the service is excellent. Our server was Amanda S. She went above and beyond, and served us with a smile. She anticipated all our needs and was extremely attentive. I had the linguine with chicken. We ordered a plethora of appetizers and nothing disappointed. The drinks are fantastic. I ordered a Hennessey Sidecar, which everyone can't make. It was superb. Can't wait to return on my next visit to Springfield. Keep up the good work guys.

Feb 12th 2022. 630 reservation left at 845. Menu was not standard as expected it was limited to Valentines day specials with only 5 or 6 main courses for options. Steak was overdone and the Baked potato did not melt butter both likely because they sat waiting under a heater to be delivered to my table. Empty plates sat on my table for 20 minutes at a time. There was hair in my dessert. We didn't complain on site because we didn't want to wait longer. The only reason my drink was refilled is because we had a bottle of wine brought to the table. It was absurdly bad especially due to price, $200 spent for two. $200 for a story of bad service and poor execution. What a shame.

Good and awesome service and the best food very clean and even has a private room for taking your partner on a date behind a red curtain with a mirror on the wall perfect pictures and my all time favorite the biggest shrimp I've seen in town

My beautiful girlfriend and I had a good time at Nu -voh last night.. the stuffed mushrooms were to die for.. everthing we had was good, but the mushrooms was the best i ever had.

Went to this place with our family on Thursday evening. The place was totally empty and that should have been our clue to leave. There were 8 of us and we ended up staying. The appetizers (potstickers, Brussel sprouts and the crab stuffed mushrooms) were decent. The main meal was a disaster. The steak that was on special was grey inside as if it was cooked in the microwave. $20 curry dish with risotto was horrible and the risotto wasn't cooked properly. The salmon was over cooked and hardly eatable. The shrimp that came out with my sister's Gnocchi had sour taste and she had to send it back to get it corrected. Service was horrible ... at least on our end of the table. The empty dishes from the appetizers were left and we had to stack it all up for the waitress to pick up so we can make room for our main meal. She seldom came down to our side of the table to refill beverages and we often had to flag her down. This place seems to be struggling with identity crisis. They have multiple items on their menu but they can't execute any of them properly. I usually hate leaving bad reviews but people should be aware.

Great food, very nice atmosphere, and outstanding service. Hubs and I shared everything, and it was perfect. We were at the table with sharers, so we got to try the Pot Stickers, the Brussels Sprouts, and the Stuffed Mushrooms (crab of course!). All of it was amazing! We shared the Nu-Voh pasta and made sure to wipe up every last bit of sauce with the baquette. I got to share a piece of Turtle Cheesecake which was HEAVENLY! The service was perfect, not rushing, but not waiting either. We had a wonderful evening.

The staff was wonderful, the ceiling and venue are pretty great, the food leaves something to be desired. The "filet mignon" didn't really taste like filet. The mashed potatoes with red skins on them were something I easily could've made better at home. Everything was decent but definitely not worth the price in a small town like Springfield. This place could be a great, fun night out but be weary of the steak. And just be warned on the wine list, Josh Cab is like 12-15$ in store and it's 120$ on their list. So choose carefully. That said, the Sauvignon blanc I had tasted great. But it was a small pour for the price. Again, the staff was absolutely so kind and great! Which is why I gave the review I did. Steak was cooked well but splattered in sauce that a filet mignon should never need and was just bland and not a great piece of meat.
