I used to eat here 3 or more times a week but last 3 times my order has been messed up.shrimp was to chewy, to much cabbage in the noodles. I want noodles not mostly cabbage. My order was $15.68. Gave the guy $20.68 and he tried to short me . When I brought it to his attention he said yeah I know I put it in wrong and shrugged his shoulders. I said no you owe me $5 and he acted like I was a pain. Food has really gone down hill. Guess I will just stay going to teriyaki madness where my order is done right

Went through drive thru. Placed an order at 5:45 pm and was asked to pull around. No biggie. Waited 32 minutes!!! They were not overly busy. I work in fast food this is unacceptable times. We went in twice. 1st time we got the run around 2nd time they said simply oops we forgot you were out there. To add insult to injury they won't refund or try to make it right in anyway. Plus side our order was also wrong. And I don't know how as my husband and I ordered the same thing.

they always have a excuse for why I can't get the meal I want like the grilled teriyaki. and when i get a full plate i only get a half plate.... would not recommend seems like chickens with heads cut off working there. I'm never coming back it's a shame the food is decent but there is no one working there that has any sense. Full of incompetent's.

Good food...the service was good for the most part. The GM definitely gave off the I don't want yo be here vibe. The kids around him were trying their best. The sides were a tad bland but improved with the addition of chili sauce. Restaurant appeared clean for the most part. A couple of staff wore their masks into the restrooms and then returned to make food. They could ve seen touching their masks and then the food. If you are going to mask up, please change your mask like you do your gloves. All in all a decent visit.

Food is always fresh, the service is fast and staff are very friendly when it comes to customer service. If a mistaken is made they will go out their way to correct it, the ambiance is pretty good, it can be quiet but get loud due to how busy it is. It is clean as well and the employee's look happy

CASHIER REALLY NICE NOT ENOUGH SAUCE FOR CRAB RANGOON APPETIZERS TRIED TO ORDER ONLINE AGAIN AND WOULDN'T GO THROUGH; so there went my apple roll reward but you cannot get the crab Rangoon online so in the end I won but steamed white rice was some big hard balls in most of it. This was dinner time yesterday so they should have been ready...I got the chilli crisp shrimp... good but mostly all hot red peppers and onions instead of the shrimp and rice.
Always clean and staff is very friendly. Food always is fresh. Always have a very good experience at this location.

Our first time to Panda Express Gal that took our order was great. Food was good untill my husband went to the bathroom and noticed a pile of puke under a wet floor sign. It dribbled onto the bathroom and he said it looked like sombody tried to clean it but it was everywhere. We dumped what was left of or food and left he is trying not to get sick. You can't just leave a pile of puke in your dining room with sign over it. How we didn't miss that walking in..

Chow mein noodles are nothing but cabbage. Rice is flavorless. All the meat is fatty and gross. They have went downhill.

I made a Yelp account specifically to call out the employees of this establishment. A drive thru employee by the name of Jakylia seemingly had a good attitude when they greeted us at the drive thru, however, let out passive aggression when we said we would wait 10 minutes for black pepper angus steak after trying to get us to change our minds. Even tho the total is typed on the screen, they made us pull around to the window to tell us. The cash exchange was filled with passive aggression but they just told us to pull around front and they'll bring the food out. There were two of us in the car, keep in mind. We go to wait around front for nearly 15 minutes before another employee comes out and hands us our food. We had only 1 utensil and 1 fortune cookie. Not to mention our portions were terrible. We had way more of our side than necessary for our 2 entrees. It's unfortunate for us that we encountered a disgruntled employee who serves such delicious food. Good food, bad service, bad vibes.
