This has always been my favorite pizza place, until today. When they gave us flyers to order from them for our school events, I vowed to use them. Today was my 3rd pizza party for my class and the pizza was over 35 minutes past the scheduled delivery time. This disrupted our very tight school schedule and caused 26 children to go hungry and miss their lunch.

Ordered take out from here by the time I got it I had half a pasta and the pizza was spilled out like it got tipped over refused to refund me or anything unless I went to store like what? I wouldn't of ordered delivery if I wanted to go

Papa John's is the biggest ripoff for pizza in the entire United States. I was told after paying $53 for an extra large CHEESE pizza and a stuffed crust pizza. I have never, until today, paid that much for pizza. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I was told AFTER the fact I should've ordered online. What a fucking ripoff

So a major storms comes through the area. We had been without power for 2 days, so we decided stay in a hotel room to get some relief, take a shower and charge our electronics. The hotel was 3 buildings or so down from Papa John's on Freedom Drive in Springfield. We ordered the pizza, from some guy who I could barely understand. Once the pizza delivery guy shows up he has the worst attitude I have ever seen. He wouldn't acknowledge me in any way. He basically shoves the pizza into my hands and walks away without saying a word. And to top it off the pizza was horrible. Definitely the last time I will ever order anything from this, or any other Papa John's.

Ordered a pepperoni and black olive pizza and got a pepperoni. Called in to complain and I’m told there is nothing they can do to help me. The call center that takes your order for them is in another country and is super hard to understand and they obviously do not understand you. I figured they would try to make it right. That was very wrong

Upset on the pizza' s we received. Bought two pizza's that should have been XL. One was an XL and the other was a large. One was round and the other oval. Both pizza's were not cut correctly. The boxes were not folded correctly. It's not difficult to do the things they got wrong. You need to hire better employees.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever gotten. And it was over pizza. I made an online pickup order. I arrived perfectly on time, I could literally see my order sitting on the shelf. There was one man working register and two women working the kitchen. When I entered I told one of the women I had a pickup order. I figured, since I had already paid, they could just ask me my name and hand me my food. I was mistaken. She told me to wait for her coworker to finish on the phone. So while she and her coworker in the kitchen sat on their phones, I stood waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. Finally once he’s off the phone one of the WOMEN asks me for my name. Seriously? You waited this entire time? That’s what I said when she handed me my food. “Is that really it? That’s what you were waiting for?” I assumed there was good reason the two women in the kitchen on their cellphones couldn’t help, so I waited. And then he finished his phone call and they helped me anyway! Standing around for 10 minutes when my food is getting cold on the shelf 5 feet away and nobody wants to wait on me. What a joke. Also being on your phone + handling food in the SAME GLOVES is disgusting.
