The service was good. We were not very impressed with the icing on the cupcakes. It was very sweet for our tastes and did not live up to its price. The ice cream was somewhat melted and softened. The atmosphere is lacking and they only had 3 tables for seating. They also had some boxes of supplies against the wall next to the tables that should probably be in the back. It wasn’t for our tastes but might be for yours.

Ordered a few dozen for my wedding. They were supposed to have the wedding cake topping (white pearls/sprinkles). Given them the wedding day and they all had hot pink sprinkles. I didn't have any pink in my wedding theme.

I'm afraid I have to change my review when I got my cupcakes home usually inside the cupcake was something very yummy like lemon or a white cream or the Boston cream but the last four I bought had nothing inside so I was very disappointed what's going on over there small cakes

The cupcakes at this location tasted different from the cupcakes I have had in the Chicago suburbs. The cupcake frosting flavor had a tiny bit too much salt and the cupcake was slightly dry.

I stop here often and their cupcakes and pup cakes are delicious! Have tried numerous flavors and they are all good, but the pink chocolate is my favorite.My dog recognizes the containers for their pup cakes and will even do his sit command when he sees it. Love their drive through window!They are also super consistent and they take pride in their work.

The man at the counter was incredibly rude when I asked about gluten free options. He made me feel embarrassed to have a food allergy. Is there really flour in the vanilla ice cream? Seems like he just didn’t want to serve me.

Cupcakes were not ready at the time they were agreed upon, heck...they weren't even made. Had to go to lunch & shopping & come back a couple hours later. Cupcakes were ok. Jody, the owner is not good at customer service. Was scooping ice cream right at the front & did not even acknowledge us when we walked in to pick up the cupcakes. Had an ugly snarl on his face. I will NEVER go back to this establishment!!! I will have Walmart cupcakes at my next birthday before I come back here!!!
My mom placed an order of sugar free cupcakes here for my birthday. I was hesitant that they would taste artificial and too sweet. I was very surprised as they were the best cupcakes I have ever eaten, sugar or sugar free. I had to hide them from my family, they were amazing!

I just love SmallCakes. I've been to half a dozen of them across the country. This is probably one of the best. They really have them filled (some locations less so) and always have an interesting daily variety. This is my 3rd time through this area, and my 3rd time at this SmallCakes :)

Ordered a cake for baby’s first birthday party and went to pick it up to find out they could not make it. They never called to say they could not make the cake either and took the order. Now no cake for a first birthday. Very unprofessional as someone should have called as soon as they knew they could not fill the order due to the baker quitting.
