Feb 24 Update: Food consistency is a big issue here. I'm lame and always get the same order. At their best, the food is a 5, but it's rare to get that experience now.Additionally, the wait times are a bit crazy. Funny enough my wife and I have a joke that has yet to be proven wrong - The food here is always opposite the service. Got the breakfast bowl, gingerbread latte, and the Nashville hot sandwich. Everything was really good! Latte has rich flavor. You can tell the food and drinks are made from scratch.
I don’t live in Springfield but I always look forward to visiting Biscuits & Brunch when I’m in town seeing my sister and today we had the breakfast bowl w/ local bacon instead of sausage and it was so freaking yummy, perfect eggs over medium. Obviously we had to try the seasonal pumpkin pecan caramel flapjack stacks (so fluffy!) and I was surprised they weren’t as sweet as I’d expected but tasty nonetheless.
