Let me share this: I cannot stress enough how picky of an eater I am. I grew up eating from scratch and I now cook from scratch as adult. This place met my standards! The waiter Micheal was good! The lollipop lamb chops were Excellent. If I had to give a downside, perhaps a touch more polenta. My husband had the pasta with alfredo sauce. That dish was too salty.Other than that good. Dinner guests had the steak bites with the orzo; they raved over the dish! We all shared the oysters, they loved it. If I had to critique, they’re not Rockefeller, as there’s no spinach, but they were fine. Also, a few more shakes needed prior to serving their version of the dirty martini. The dinner guests also, enjoyed the cocktail with the foam on top. You won’t be disappointed with this choice. This fancy dinner was worth the 3 hour drive and we’ll have happy memories of dining with are good friends thanks to Vele and Micheal for a lifetime!!!

Went out on a double date and had the absolute best experience. This was the second time we all went out there and our server was Nikki both times. She was absolutely amazing. Our water glasses were always filled, our table was always cleared, she did very well at recommending foods/drinks. I could type out so much more. We all can’t wait to go back. Will be asking for Nikki next time.

We were invited here for a friend's surprise birthday party. We had never visited this place before, but it was absolutely wonderful. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. The Eggplant Bruschetta was to die for! The various Olive oils for the bread were delicious. I ended up going to Roberts Seafood and buying some for at home. The Grilled Caesar salad had the best flavor I've ever tasted. We ordered the Linguine Alfredo and let me tell you it was by far the best Alfredo I have ever had. We also tried the filet which was juicy and flavorful. We finished off with the Spiced Pear Cheesecake. My husband doesn't like cheesecake, but he loved this one. This was the creamiest cheesecake I have had and it was so good!Definitely a location for special occasions, but we will for sure be back!

Delicious food! We shared grilled squid for the appetizer- spicy! I had pasta primavera (the noodles were a little over cooked but the sauce was delicious!). My husband had linguine Alfredo and my mom had spicy seafood sauce - both yummy! The wait staff was very attentive! The decor is hip modern. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: The pasta primavera is vegetarian and can be made vegan. Same with the acorn squash.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a large walker. She was able to move between tables easily and they took away one chair for her walker.

My fiancée and I did our Valentine’s Day on the 15th and made reservations. The atmosphere of the place is very elegant, and the lighting sets the mood. Our waitress was Bella; she was awesome and provided extraordinary service! We started with the crab & shrimp cakes which were delicious, the sauce was citrus based but paired very well. My fiancée had the linguini Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was delicious and I had the salmon which was blackened with black beans, and jasmine rice, along with pico and a green salsa, the salmon was cooked to perfection! Hands down this was a 5-star experience! If you’re looking for a great fine dining experience in Springfield, I highly recommend them!

Generally speaking, expectations of fine dinning in the SPI area should be discreetly managed, due to the limited options available in this market. This restaurant was supposed to be one of a handful of outliers, at least on paper. In practice, the experience was average at best. You can tell the quality of the ingredients is there, but the preparations are akin to something one could cook at home with the help of a good Italian recipes book.I had the spicy seafood spaghetti and the pasta was definitely on the overcooked side. My wife had the lamb lollipops and she said it was just OK. Not what you would expect for a nearly $50 dish. Finally, they took the liberty to add an extra $5 to my original tip. This kind of dealings should forewarn future dinners of the kind of place they are about to walk into. We are 100% confident this was both a first and a last.

My 2nd time here. I come when I'm in town. Our server Hanna and manager on duty Joe were so great. Very personable with light conversation. The food is always excellent. Who would have thought to grill romaine lettuce and it would be so delicious. Along with the lamchops and eggplant bruschetta, the meal was excellent.
