Tell me this isn’t the stupidest thing you ever heard of. “You can’t have ice for your drinks because we have to save it for the drive thru customers”. So if you walk in you don’t get ice with your drink.

Very short staffed. They don’t close until 2 AM and the bacon was burnt on my burger, the hamburger barely fit the bun when I received it my food was lukewarm I feel like I wasted my money. I love Wendy’s but that Wendy’s is not it. Like why stay open if you guys don’t ever have anything fresh.

Very friendly drive through attendant....well this has changed dramatically. 3 other customers and myself left because we could not get service. Not even a hello. We wanted 15 minutes at the counter. 1:45 pm. 3/21/24

Complete and total s-how. Dining room backing up a cash register with no customer service because they are completely focused on take out delivery services. No one answering the speaker in a reasonable amount of time in the drive-thru, I assume for the same. By the looks of it, you're probably fine if you're ordering a delivery service. Forget dine in.

We went here in a hurry to grab a quick bite for lunch. We had to be somewhere in about 40 minutes and we figured that would be plenty of time to get the food and eat. Wrong choice, it took forever just waiting in line and we didn't get our food till 30 mins after waiting. We ended up scarfing down the messier parts of the food and taking our fries on the go.The food was relatively fine except for the chili, which the beans were still hard and the temperature lukewarm.Overall, not my favorite Wendy's experience.
