Terrible. I orders for 5 pm. Gave plenty notice. Arrived at 5:05. No one in sight. A woman came out finally and a lot of people waiting. She said o almost ready. Well disappeared again and no one out front at this restaurant. Ridiculous. Came out at 5:30 finally with my food. And outrageous expensive. I said I should get a discount. I waited 35 minutes here. She said o it got busy. Really? So food was terrible. Hardly any meat in entrees. Mongolian beef had more onions than beef. And there was a hair entwined in the food. She must go back and help one cook. And had no hair net on and I’m sure did not wash her hands after handling money.

This was probably the worst beef fried rice I’ve ever had in my life. I absolutely love Chinese food but I’m still in shock for how gross the beef fried rice was. There was literally probably three or four small pieces of beef and the rice was super greasy and just nasty. Sorry but

My husband and I carried out from here on 11/24 and we got violent food poisoning. I’m 18 weeks pregnant and it landed me in the ER because of how horrible and sick it made us.Do not eat here.

I am a Chinese connoisseur and trust me this isn't it. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't eat it again. Sweet and sour was mostly breading... Orange chicken didn't have much flavor. Rice was below average ... Egg rolls were pretty good and the crab ragoons were meh.

Small restaurant but good food. Most customers opted for takeout, as the restaurant itself isn't anything special. We decided to eat there and waited awhile for the soups, but that gave me the impression they made them per order, and the taste pretty much confirmed it. The chicken egg foo young was tasty and fresh. The large portion came with four sizeable pieces with rice. Two pieces were enough to fill me up. The owner was friendly and personable, even through her broken English It's definitely nice to support small businesses, and I recommend this for anyone craving fast casual Chinese.

the owner is an absolute gem and the heart and soul of this Streamwood food village. i absolutely love this restaurant and highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy authentic and delicious Chinese food!the customer service and food are 10/10. today i’m enjoying shrimp fried rice with green onion…absolutely delicious!thank you New China Chef for another excellent meal!
