I went to I Love Fries on Nov 3 at 12:40 for some fries. I am usually impressed by the quality of French fries offered. I ordered one small plain fry. Then proceeded to wait six minutes. This is usually a good sign as they often make the orders fresh.
Turns out they did not make my order fresh. They had forgotten to package the fries they cooked and left them on the packaging counter which can be seen from the ordering counter. Once I finally was able to make eye contact with the two employees sitting in back they jumped up and bagged the food. I was offered a “sorry about that” and handed the bag. I opened the bag once in my car to find cold fries.
I will unfortunately only order food from here when the owner is there, as I cannot expect fresh, non-cold food if she isn’t there.

The fries were delicious, lots of yummy options! It does take a minute to get them and it seems to be more popular for take out but there are a few tables, plenty of space mid day on a Saturday but I am not sure it they have busier times.

"I LOVE FRYS in Villa Park is a spud-tacular experience! This place has turned the humble potato into an art form. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of fresh-cut, crispy, golden fries hit me like a ton of bricks – the good kind, like winning the lottery or finding out your in-laws canceled their visit.
Last week, I tried the Jibarito fries, and they were out of this world. The combination of fries, sautéed onions, cheese, meat, and fried plantain is what I’ve needed my entire life. This was my third time here, and I can say that every visit has been more amazing than the last – and I’m talking about the kind of amazing that makes you want to write sonnets to potatoes.
I’ve also tried the Villa cheesesteak fries, which put a traditional Philly cheesesteak to shame. Seriously, Philly, take a seat. The Greek fries are ridiculous – that Greek sauce made in-house might as well be a controlled substance. And the best of the best? The gyros fries! Hands down, the best gyro meat and tzatziki sauce these lips have ever tasted. It’s like a Greek god descended from Mount Olympus and decided to open a fry shop.
The variety is mind-boggling – it's like a potato's wet dream. And the toppings? I had fries with bacon, cheese, and a drizzle of ranch that could make even the staunchest dietitian reconsider their life choices. I even heard someone order fries with Nutella. Nutella! Only at I LOVE FRYS could this fry-lliant idea come to life.
The staff? Fry-nomenal. They’re like the potato whisperers, knowing exactly how to make your taste buds do a happy dance. If you love fries, and I mean REALLY love fries, this place is your crispy, crunchy paradise. Just be prepared – you might leave with a new appreciation for the versatile tuber and a slight addiction to their fry-tastic creations. Consider this my official fry-day recommendation!"

These have to be the best fries anywhere! The fries themselves are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I sometimes get plain fried when I stop there because they're that good. The cheese steak fries are always a great option and the large is enough for two people. The meat is so good I wish they made cheese steak sandwiches! The best way to explain the carne asada fries is to their of it like nachos, but with fries instead of tortilla chips. Those may be my new go to order. Everything is made fresh and the quality is amazing. This place is a great example of a restaurant that specializes in one thing and just knocks it out of the park.
