Let me first say that the food was good, as it always is. We went here for a birthday party and the service was terrible. The only time we saw out waitress was when she brought the food and drinks. Never asked if we needed anything, never came back to see if anyone needed a refill. Never came back to clear away anyone's plates or dishes. The floor under the tables we were sitting at were all dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept in awhile. I can't tell you who the waitress was because she was not wearing a name tag but I know that Monicals is much better than this.

Monicals has become a differrent type of 'dining experience'.
Assumedly because of how messed up our world has become since covid, it must be difficult to find help.
Food is still good, service is minimal.
Not bad - just minimal - you have to place your order at the counter where you walk in, then have a seat.
Too bad, always liked Monicals.

Can't recall ever having a bad experience. Their thin crust pizza is delicious. I'm almost half a century old, and they've been around in Watseka since I can remember. The old location was a fond memory from my childhood. Try it!

Great stop. Food was fresh and piping hot. Way too much for 1 person so took home my left overs. Finished them next day. Just as tasty.

For a takeout order, I was given a pecan chicken salad without pecans or a fork. When I called to let them know the lady offered me half my money back since I already started eating it. How do you know if a salad has pecans or not unless you start eating it. Got a pizza from Monicals yesterday a regular customer never again
