There are lots of factors that go into a review. While the coffee was good and my order was correct, the customer service knocked this experience to 2 stars and I feel I’m being generous.I have the Dunkin’ app and it’s on auto reload so I always have adequate money to purchase coffee. Happy Hour on 12/26 and I order a medium iced coffee, I am told I don’t have enough points for a free cup and there isn’t enough money for the $2.22. I say that can’t be but she refuses...read full review

I have always had a good experience at this location... both using the drive thru and going inside. Service has always been fast and friendly. Doughnuts have been fresh. Food prepared to order. Inside is very clean. The only disappointment is that they have been out of chocolate frosted doughnuts many times. I wish they did a better job of keeping them in stock.
