I ordered the enchilada burrito combo and a number 8 and ask for the whole combo to be made with “chicken” not only did the drive thru lady kept cutting me off when i was ordering telling me everything does come with chicken when i get to the window i stated again is everything made with chicken the lady at the window said yes lol i get my food and its made with all beef as i proceeded to take my food back in to get it made right they kept giving me extra food smh i just want what i ordered and it made with chicken I highly do not recommend coming here they can’t listen to the customers and they are very rude and unprofessional.

This is about the worst Taco Bell location in Indiana! Every time I come there either shut down or can't complete my order! It's honestly ridiculous that this happens span over a couple years and not just one or two times! You have to ask if they got to do maintenance on the building so much and etc. What is wrong with the building? What are they doing in there? I will never return to this location again as I've tried to give multiple attempts

I literally ordered 3 tacos and 2 beef burritos.Get home the burritos aren't what I ordered.Not a big deal I call to let them know and April decided to argue back that she heard the lady repeat my order back to me but she guesses I can come back for my burritos.1.) A beef burrito is not a burrito supreme.2.) Either way I asked for no sour cream3.) If you heard her repeat my order back to me you would have heard her repeat the burritos back as I ordered them - and she also SAID I ordered 2 tacos but the board said 3 which is what I ordered so I didn't correct her. So I feel like I was probably paying more attention than you were.But for you to argue with me over two burritos that my receipt confirms what I ordered is just insane to me. Especially with that attitude!

I got take out for my mother and friend- it tasted like chemicals so I called to tell them something is wrong- the girl on the phone lied stating she was manager and offered money back- I said I didn’t want the money they need to clean the machine our food was cooked in- then she come back stating I need the receipt for my money back even though I never asked for it claiming the manager stated that- but wait- you said you were the manager when you answer Ed- then my friend goes back with the receipt and although very calm they threatened to call cops and literally threw the 11 and change back at him causing him to pick it up off the floor- what is wrong with you people-you we’re cleaning said machines when he picked up the money we never asked for- and still never saw management- this is sad and we will never come to this establishment ever again your already sub par at best but your customer service is sickening and I will sue if we get sick from your blatant and gross unclean environment and shame on you for disrespecting someone who didn’t even want money back- I was worried about the future customer!!!!!! Your straight trash people

Got a chicken enchilada burrito and had beef and not chicken. My brother also did not get his gortita. People there need to stop smoking weed on the clock. This is 3rd time they messed up my order. Do not eat at this location unless you like surprise orders and disappointment.

Yesterday we were the only car in the drive thru. When I got to the window the cashier told her coworker someone just ran off with the order I just placed. No that's my order you have in your hand. She didn't know what she was saying. When the cashier handed us the food the $5 box wasn't closed but beat up. When we looked we found a hair in the box. Ridiculous. Food tasted really bad. Idk how you can screw up tacos but they did. The rice was hard and crunchy in my burrito. I won't go back to this location. They didn't have any garbage bins outside either. Strange

This past year this taco bell has struggled all around. But, I just went through the drive thru maybe 5 minutes ago and it appears this crew really knows what they are doing. The food was correct, hot and well put together. They included my sauces, napkins, and silverware. It was neatly packed. The service was fast. The gentleman in the window was pleasant. And overall I was very impressed. This crew deserved a shout out.

Food was all but unwrapped inside the bag. It wasn't even in a box. The crew basically just threw everything together in order to reduce their drive-thru times, and as a result, most of the food ended up inside the bottom of the bag. Used to be people took pride in their work. Nowadays, they have no sense of pride in their work and keep clamoring for $15 an hour while they paint their hair rainbow colors, yell about how Boomers are the reason everything is screwed up, smoke marijuana, and then claim that they are entitled.
